Privacy Notice.
This Privacy Notice for 0xFranco LLC ("we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your information when you use our services ("Services"), including when you:
- •Download and use FullStop, our mobile application — a free iPhone app that maps verified public restrooms with nearby parking, built for rideshare and delivery drivers. (FullStop is distributed on the Apple App Store by Christopher Franco.)
- •Contact us, or engage with us in other related ways.
This notice is short on purpose, because FullStop collects almost nothing. Questions or concerns? Reading this notice will help you understand your privacy rights and choices. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services. If you have questions, contact us at privacy@fullstopmaps.com.
SUMMARY OF KEY POINTS.
This summary highlights the key points. Full detail is in the sections below.
- •What personal information do we collect? Almost none. FullStop has no account, no login, and no profile. We do not collect or store personal information about you on our servers.
- •Do we process sensitive personal information? No.
- •Do we collect location? The app uses your device location only on your phone, to show nearby restrooms and calculate distance. Your location is never transmitted to or stored by us.
- •Do we collect information from third parties? No.
- •How do we use your information? Only to provide the app's core function — showing nearby restrooms and distances. We do not use it for analytics, advertising, or profiling.
- •Do we share, sell, or rent your information? No. We don't sell or share your personal information with anyone.
- •How do we keep your information safe? The strongest protection is that we collect almost nothing. We also use appropriate technical and organizational measures, though no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
- •What are your rights? Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. Since we collect almost none, there is generally little for us to act on — and we never sell it.
- •How do you exercise your rights? Email privacy@fullstopmaps.com.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
In short: Almost nothing. There's no account, and your location stays on your phone.
Personal information you disclose to us. FullStop does not require an account. There is no sign-up, login, profile, or password, and no form in the app for you to provide personal information. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or similar identifiers through the app.
Sensitive information. We do not process sensitive personal information.
Application data. When you use FullStop, the following on-device features may be used with your permission:
- •Location. With your permission, FullStop accesses your device's location to show nearby restrooms and calculate distances. This location is processed entirely on your device. We do not track your location continuously, we do not use it for analytics or any other purpose, and we never transmit, store, or share it. You can enable or disable location access at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → FullStop. The app still works without it; "Near Me" and distances simply won't be available.
- •Loading restroom information. To show you restrooms, FullStop downloads a list of verified locations from our database host, Supabase, through a read-only request. This request does not include your location or any personal information about you. As with any internet connection, the request exposes your device's IP address to our hosting provider as a technical necessity of delivering data over the internet; we do not use your IP address to identify, profile, or track you.
- •Navigation ("Take me there"). When you tap "Take me there," FullStop opens Apple Maps with the restroom's destination — not your location. From that point, navigation is handled by Apple Maps under Apple's own privacy policy.
We do not use third-party analytics tools, advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA), or tracking technologies. We do not track you across other apps or websites, so FullStop does not present an App Tracking Transparency prompt.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
In short: Only to make the app work — on your device. No analytics, no ads, no profiling.
We process information solely to provide and maintain the core functionality of FullStop — showing you nearby verified restrooms and calculating distances, using your device location locally on your phone as described above. We do not process your information for analytics or reporting, targeted advertising, profiling, automated decision-making, or marketing. Because we do not collect or store personal information about you on our servers, there is no personal information for us to process beyond the on-device functionality described in this notice.
3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
In short: We don't share, sell, or rent your personal information with anyone.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising, marketing, or any commercial purpose.
FullStop relies on a small number of service providers to operate, and we do not provide them with your personal information:
- •Supabase hosts our public restroom database. FullStop sends Supabase a read-only request for restroom data; this request does not include your personal information. Supabase processes this under its own privacy terms.
- •Apple distributes the app and provides operating-system location and maps services. When you use "Take me there," Apple Maps receives only the destination, not your location or identity. Separately, if you opt in at the iOS level ("Share With App Developers"), Apple may share anonymized crash diagnostics with us; this is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy, not through any tool we have added.
We may also share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company. (As stated, we do not collect personal information about you on our servers, so in practice there is no such information to transfer.)
4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In short: We don't hold personal information about you, so there's nothing for us to keep.
We do not retain personal information about our users. FullStop does not require an account and does not collect or store your personal information on our servers. Your location is processed only on your device and is never transmitted to or stored by us. If you stop using or delete the app, any associated data on your device is removed.
5. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
In short: The strongest safeguard is that we collect almost nothing.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect any information we process — most importantly, by not collecting or storing your personal information in the first place, and by using encrypted (HTTPS) connections for the app's read-only data requests. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
6. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In short: FullStop is for a general audience and is not directed to children, and it collects no personal information from anyone.
FullStop is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because FullStop collects no personal information on our servers, there is in practice no such information to collect. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@fullstopmaps.com, and we will take reasonable steps to address it.
7. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In short: You have rights over your personal information — and since we collect almost none, there is generally little for us to act on. We never sell it.
Depending on your location, applicable data protection laws may give you rights over your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete it, or to opt out of its sale. Because FullStop does not collect personal information about you on our servers, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, delete, or sell. We do not sell personal information.
Withdrawing your consent. If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 11. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal. You may also withdraw consent for location access at any time in your device settings, as described in Section 1.
8. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. (In any case, FullStop does not track your activity.) California law requires us to disclose how we respond to DNT signals; because there is currently no industry or legal standard, we do not respond to them at this time.
9. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In short: If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have rights regarding your personal information. As described throughout this notice, FullStop does not collect, sell, or share your personal information.
Categories of personal information we collect. The table below shows the categories of personal information defined under applicable US state law and whether we have collected each in the past twelve (12) months:
* We do not collect identifiers. The one technical exception: connecting to our database exposes your device's IP address to our hosting provider, as described in Section 1. We do not use it to identify, profile, or track you.
** FullStop uses your device location only on your device to show nearby restrooms and measure distance. It is never collected, stored, or transmitted to us — so there is no location data for us to retain, sell, or share.
Sources of personal information. As described in Section 1, we do not collect personal information about you on our servers.
Selling or sharing. We have not disclosed, sold, or shared any personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve (12) months, and we will not sell or share personal information belonging to users in the future.
Your rights. You have rights under certain US state data protection laws. These rights are not absolute and may be limited in some cases as permitted by law. They include: the right to know whether we are processing your personal data; the right to access it; the right to correct inaccuracies; the right to request deletion; the right to obtain a copy of personal data you previously shared with us; the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights; and the right to opt out of processing for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects. Depending on your state, you may also have additional rights, such as the right to obtain a list of categories of third parties to which we have disclosed personal data. (Because we do not collect, sell, or share personal information, most of these rights have nothing for us to act on.)
How to exercise your rights. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@fullstopmaps.com, or refer to the contact details in Section 11. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may deny a request from an agent who does not provide proof of valid authorization.
Request verification. Upon receiving a request, we may need to verify your identity. We will only use information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request.
Appeals. If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by emailing privacy@fullstopmaps.com. We will inform you in writing of any action taken or not taken and the reasons. If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to your state attorney general.
California "Shine the Light" law. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, contact us using the details in Section 11.
10. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?
In short: Yes — we'll update it as needed and note any material changes.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time, indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top. If we make material changes (for example, if we add accounts or new features), we will notify you by prominently posting a notice or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this notice frequently.
11. HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?
If you have questions or comments about this notice, you may email us at privacy@fullstopmaps.com.
12. HOW CAN YOU REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU?
Depending on the applicable laws of your state of residence, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect, correct inaccuracies, or delete it. Because we do not collect or store personal information about you on our servers, there is generally nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete. Your location is processed only on your device; you can revoke location access in your device settings, and deleting the app removes any associated on-device data. To make a request or ask a question, email privacy@fullstopmaps.com.
