Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and 0xFranco LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), the maker of FullStop, a free iPhone app that maps verified public restrooms with nearby parking, built for rideshare and delivery drivers. (FullStop is distributed on the Apple App Store by Christopher Franco.) By downloading, accessing, or using FullStop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
SUMMARY OF KEY POINTS.
This summary highlights the most important points. Please read the full Terms below.
- •FullStop is a free, informational tool. We share restroom and parking information to make your day easier — but you use it at your own discretion.
- •Information can change. Every location is personally verified, but cities change meters, hours, and signage without notice. Always check the posted signs before you park or rely on a stop.
- •You are responsible for following the law. You are responsible for obeying all posted signs, parking rules, and traffic laws — and for any tickets, fines, tows, or citations you receive. FullStop does not encourage or endorse illegal parking.
- •Restroom access can change. We don't own or operate these restrooms, and we can't guarantee they'll be open, unlocked, or available.
- •The app is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the app.
- •These Terms are governed by California law.

1. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS
In short: Using FullStop means you agree to these Terms.
By downloading, accessing, or using FullStop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you are using FullStop on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use FullStop.
2. WHAT FULLSTOP IS
In short: A free tool that shows verified public restrooms and nearby parking. That's it.
FullStop is a free informational app that displays a curated map of public restrooms, along with information about nearby parking, to help rideshare and delivery drivers and other users find a place to go. "Parking" includes both on-street parking and off-street parking lots and garages, whether public or private. FullStop is a reference tool only. It does not provide turn-by-turn navigation, reservations, or any guarantee of access, availability, or parking. We are not a government agency, a parking authority, or a property owner, and we do not control the locations shown on the map.
3. THE INFORMATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS"
In short: We verify everything personally, but cities change things without telling anyone. Always check the posted signs.
We work hard to keep FullStop accurate, and the locations on the map have been personally verified. However, real-world conditions change constantly and without notice: parking meters are installed, time limits and street-cleaning schedules change, signs are added or repainted, a lot or garage listed as free begins charging or changes its hours, a gate or height limit is added, or validation or a permit becomes required, and restrooms are closed, relocated, locked, or restricted. We cannot and do not guarantee that any information in the app — including parking type (free or metered), parking availability, restroom access, or hours — is accurate, complete, current, or reliable at the moment you use it.
Always check the posted signs and current conditions before you park or rely on a location.4. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FOLLOWING THE LAW
In short: Tickets, fines, and tows are on you, not on us. Please park legally.
You are solely responsible for your own conduct while using FullStop, including how and where you park and drive. You are responsible for obeying all posted signs, parking restrictions, meters, time limits, street-cleaning rules, and traffic and vehicle laws.
You are solely responsible for any parking tickets, citations, fines, penalties, towing, booting, or other costs or consequences you incur, even if the app's information was inaccurate or out of date. Many parking lots and garages are private property with their own rules, fees, time limits, and signage, enforced by the lot operator or a private towing company. You are responsible for reading and following those rules and paying any required fees, and you are responsible for any charges, booting, or towing that results — including if you park in a private lot or garage where you are not authorized, which may constitute trespass.
FullStop does not encourage, endorse, or instruct you to park illegally. The app does not tell you to double-park, block traffic lanes, block driveways or fire hydrants, park in loading or disabled zones, or stop where stopping is prohibited. Any decision to park or stop in a particular place is yours alone, and you assume all risk associated with that decision.
5. RESTROOM AVAILABILITY AND ACCESS
In short: We don't own these restrooms and can't promise they'll be open.
The restrooms shown in FullStop are operated by third parties — cities, agencies, businesses, and other property owners — not by us. We do not control their hours, access, cleanliness, safety, or availability, and we cannot guarantee that any restroom will be open, unlocked, accessible, or available when you arrive. Access may be limited or denied at the discretion of whoever controls the location.
6. LICENSE TO USE FULLSTOP
In short: You get a personal license to use the app. The name and content are ours.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use FullStop on a device you own or control, for your own personal use of finding restrooms and parking. The FullStop name, logo, design, map curation, and all related content are owned by 0xFranco LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our name or branding except as needed to use the app as intended.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
In short: Use the app as intended. Don't scrape it, break it, or misuse the data.
You agree not to: use FullStop for any unlawful purpose; copy, scrape, harvest, or extract the location data or other content for redistribution or any commercial purpose; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the app except as permitted by law; interfere with or disrupt the app or the servers and networks that support it; or use the app in any way that could harm us or any third party. We may suspend, limit, or discontinue the app, in whole or in part, at any time.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
In short: The app is provided "as is," with no warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FullStop is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information in it is accurate or current. You use FullStop at your own risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In short: To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from your use of the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will 0xFranco LLC, its owner, or anyone associated with it be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, vehicles, property, time, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) FullStop — including, without limitation, any parking tickets, fines, towing, citations, denial of restroom access, or reliance on inaccurate or outdated information — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total cumulative liability for any and all claims relating to FullStop will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us to use the app (which, for a free app, is zero dollars) or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
In short: If your use of the app causes a claim against us, you agree to cover it.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 0xFranco LLC and its owner from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of FullStop, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party — including any parking, traffic, or property matter arising from how or where you parked or stopped.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND APPLE
In short: The app uses Apple Maps and the App Store, which have their own terms.
FullStop relies on services provided by third parties, including the Apple App Store and Apple Maps. When you tap "Take me there," navigation is handled by Apple Maps under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms, and we are not responsible for them.
This agreement is between you and 0xFranco LLC only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for FullStop or its content and is under no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
In short: We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new "Last updated" date at the top. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of FullStop after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
13. GOVERNING LAW
In short: California law governs these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or FullStop will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence.
14. GENERAL
In short: Standard wrap-up: if one part fails, the rest stands.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Notice, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding FullStop and supersede any prior agreements on this subject. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
